Ingredients

washed and drained

thawed if it was frozen

avocado
mashed

pickled jalapeƱos
Cilantro dressing

loosely packed cilantros
chopped

vegan mayonnaise
Juice of half a lime

garlic cloves

olive oil
salt
black pepper and maple syrup, as needed

white wine vinegar
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, top with the mashed avocado.
Cilantro dressing
Puree all the dressing ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth
