Ingredients
Peanut Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup white beans cooked
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 in 2.5 cm ginger
  • 1/2 cup water
Noodles
  • 1 package noodles 6oz dry, I used vegan ramen noodles
  • Chopped greens
Instructions
  1. Process all the peanut sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package directions.
  3. Mix the noodles thoroughly with the peanut butter sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped greens of your choice.
