Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Bites

This is definitely up there in my favorite desserts because of how easy and universally appealing it is, a proven party pleaser! ๐ŸŽ‰

Keep these bite-sized, power-packed, delightful chocolate treats at the ready for when the dessert craving hits. This is extremely easy to make, with a short ingredient list and no cooking involved.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 oz vegan dark chocolate melted
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios or hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Topping
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios or hazelnuts coarsely chopped
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except the topping, and process until smooth. Line a container (approximately 5x7 inches) with parchment paper and spread the mixture in the container. Sprinkle with the topping, cover and refrigerate overnight (or chill for at least 2 hours in the freezer). Serve frozen or thawed, depending on your preference.
