Miso Avocado Toast

I know you didn’t need any more reasons to love avocado toasts but here is a good one: The great umami taste of miso, combined with the flavor combination of tomatoes, garlic and parsley makes the avocado toast all the more irresistible. Miso Avocado Toast

Ingredients
Miso Sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Toast
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 stalk green onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt as needed
Instructions
  1. Combine all the miso sauce ingredients in a  small bowl.

  2. Toast two slices of bread.

  3. Add tomato slices, avocado slices, green onions and the miso sauce.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsleys and sesame seeds.

  5. Sprinkle salt as needed.
